Christopher Bain
Mr. Bain was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and graduated from Spartanburg High School in 2007. While there, he served on the Model UN Team and played varsity football for four years. He then attended Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC, where he played football. He was on the Dean’s List and graduated with Honors.
After college, Mr. Bain attended Charlotte School of Law. While there, he served as an Articles Editor for the Law Review and interned at the Ward Law Firm in Spartanburg, SC. There, he worked in Civil Litigation on the defense side. He graduated with honors and received a Juris Doctor degree in January 2014. Mr. Bain was admitted to practice in May 2014.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Bain began his legal career with the Seventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office in 2014, working on criminal cases throughout Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Blacksburg. In addition to his position as an Assistant Solicitor, the City of Gaffney recruited him as a prosecutor specializing in DUI cases. While at the Solicitor’s Office, he tried many cases before a jury and moved over 1,000 cases. Mr. Bain is involved in the community and enjoys playing golf.
